Missions
The mission
We are seeking a highly motivated skilled and outbound-focused International Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Paris.
You will be part of theSociabbleInternational SalesDepartment and play a pivotal role in our growth strategy directly contributing to the future expansion of the company.&#
xa0;
This position presents an excellent opportunity to learn and leverage some of the most successful best-practices in Sales Development.
This role also provides and encourages cross-department collaboration with various teams to maximize your impact.&#<br>xa0;</p><p>Your missions include:<br> <br><br> </p><ul><li><p><strong>Prospecting </strong>and <strong>identifying potential Enterprise and Mid-Market</strong> clients in US & EMEA.&#<br>xa0;</p></li><li><p>Leveraging our CRM Zoho for both <strong>outbound </strong>and <strong>inbound </strong>efforts.&#<br>xa0;</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with our marketing team for advanced support on outbound campaigns.&#<br>xa0;</p></li><li><p><strong>Calling both cold and warm leads</strong> to initiate contact and book meetings with good-fit prospects.&#<br>xa0;</p></li><li><p><strong>Securing appointments</strong> with prospects by email social selling and other creative means.&#<br>xa0;</p></li><li><p><strong>Developing leads </strong>from white paper downloads event participation and other inbound sources.&#<br>xa0;</p></li><li><p>Using SDR <strong>best-practices </strong>to create email call and social selling sequences/cadences for outbound campaigns.&#<br>xa0;</p></li><li><p><strong>Qualifying leads</strong> based on team guidelines (BANT methodology).&#<br>xa0;</p></li></ul><br/><br><p><b>Qualifications :<br> </b> </p><p><p><strong><u>The ideal candidate :<br></u></strong><u> </u></p><ul><li>You havea <strong>business </strong>or <strong>marketing </strong>degree.&#<br>xa0;</li><li>YouspeakEnglishat a<strong> near-nativelevel</strong>yourself with a proven track record of <strong>successful sales experience in the B2B sector</strong> particularly within <strong>native English markets.&#<br>xa0;</strong></li><li>You have <strong>excellentinterpersonalskills</strong>bothwrittenandspoken andyouknow how tobepersuasive.&#<br>xa0;</li><li><strong> Speaking on the phone </strong>with people does not bother you no matter who you are talking to and who is around.</li><li>You have prior knowledge or understanding of <strong>Sociabbles industry</strong> and <strong>use-cases</strong> (Internal Communications Employee Engagemnet/Employee Advocacy)</li><li>You have excellent<strong> priority management</strong>.</li><li>You are able to identify<strong> business opportunities</strong> by interacting with your contacts.</li><li>You are very comfortable in <strong>innovative and quick-paced environments</strong>. <br>Change doesnt
