Missions
Main missions
- Ensure that all defined processes are implemented with the operational team on a daily basis- Assist in the setup and monitoring of the quality related KPIsJob Description
- Process mapping and establishing an audit grid for each operational process- Implement and create audits and their follow-up with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, projects, quality, customer service, linehaul, etc.)- Attend weekly quality reviews with cross-functional teams- Challenge processes to improve KPIs with elaborating new functions in system / in operationnal flow- Collobarate with OPS teams on daily issues encountered and report Root Cause / Action plan- Data crunsh on quality topics related to KPI / process improvement.Job Requirement

Education level
- Master degree in logistics / supply chain / lean management
