Vicinity of Le MansPosition SummaryThe Site HR Business Partner supports the Site Human Resources Manager in delivering strategic and operational HR services to the manufacturing site.
This role provides hands-on HR support to managers and employees, ensuring policies, processes, and practices align with local legislation, collective agreements, and corporate requirements.
The HRBP plays an essential role in day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and supporting labor relations activities.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational HR SupportPartner with managers to align people initiatives with site operational goals.Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent development initiatives.Provide guidance to leaders on HR processes, policy interpretation, and employee-related matters.Employee & Labor Relations SupportSupport the Site HR Manager in interactions with union representatives and works councils.Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and materials needed for consultations, negotiations, or grievances.Advise managers on employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to employment law and company policies.Help implement collective agreements and track compliance across the site.HR Compliance & GovernanceSupport compliance with local labor legislation, occupational health and safety requirements, and internal HR policies.Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and reporting to support audits and regulatory reviews.Escalate potential HR risks to the Site HR Manager and partner on mitigation measures.HR OperationsOversee day-to-day HR activities, including time and attendance, HR data accuracy, contract preparation, and onboarding.Partner with managers to address performance management, absence management, and disciplinary processes.Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Culture, Engagement & CommunicationSupport site-level communication, engagement, and change initiatives aligned with company values.Contribute to programs promoting an inclusive, respectful, and safety-focused culture.Assist with employee surveys, feedback processes, and follow-up action plans.
