BlaBlaCar is the worlds leading community-based travel app enabling 27 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries.
Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices 30% working fully remotely.


We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experienceto support and evolve our global Comp & Ben programs.


The role covers Bonus Equity & Benefits management across multiple countries such as :
BR PL UA requiring strong understanding of local regulations and close collaboration with local HR the organization youll be apart of the HR team composed of different key expertise for People :
HRPBs TA Engagement Learning & Development Ops...
Youll be reporting to the Head of Talent Culture & Performance.


A key part of the position involvesdata-driven work:
market benchmarking (Aon Radford) updating salary ranges managing large data sets in Excel and supporting the
end-of-year compensation review(Workday extracts loading budgets coordinating the comp cycle).
The role also includes
compliance responsibilities ensuring alignment with legal and collective-agreement requirements.


As the expert of Compensation & Benefits topics youll have to work in autonomy to deliver the best strategy and be fully operational on your scope.
We are looking for someone involved passionate and willing to face challenges in an international environment.

Your responsibilities

    • Design implement and manage the compensation and benefits (C&B) strategy across BlaBlaCar
    • Build & maintain BlaBlaCars salary grid and grading system per job function and ensure it remains at all times updated and grounded on relevant external surveys and benchmarking
    • Review our current variable compensation programs leave & benefits and enhance or develop our programs
    • Lead the annual End-of-Year compensation review process globally
    • Prepare meetings minutes presentations and data for the Remuneration Committee

Your qualifications

    • Prior experience in a similar position & in an international compensation environment
    • Strong and proven analytical skills
    • Self-management skills and autonomy
    • Good communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
    • You are organized results-driven and can prioritize in a changing environment
    • Full working proficiency in English
    • Prior experience in an international Tech scale-up environment strongly preferred
    • Prior experience with Workday is a plus
