Sales Executive
About the role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, promoting a broad portfolio of cutting-edge solutions and services, and shaping creative strategies to win new clients.
You will play a key role in expanding market presence, generating strong pipeline opportunities, and consistently achieving (and exceeding) sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy harmonized with regional solutions and service objectives, ensuring a comprehensive approach for effective market penetration.
- Identify, nurture, and successfully convert large and complex deals, managing all phases of the sales cycle, from initial processes to workshops and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Acquire new logo customers aligned with the company's comprehensive solutions, ensuring a strategic fit with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams and other business functions, playing a pivotal role in supporting company's overall growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, leveraging necessary resources and teams to position the company as the preferred choice and secure businesses aligned with organizational strategic plans.
- Actively participate in key conferences and trade shows to cultivate new business, enhance industry presence, and maintain alignment with existing partners.
- Proactively identify and pursue emerging market trends, staying informed about industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and customer-centric solutions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and technological advancements to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic adjustments to achieve and exceed targets.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business through exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in addressing challenges, consistently seeking innovative solutions to meet evolving market demands.
- This position involves a commitment to travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in business development and/or direct sales, focusing on business process outsourcing services.
- Demonstrated history of continuous sales development, consistently generating new pipeline opportunities, and adeptly managing relationships across all stages of the sales cycle.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with a track record of developing internal and external relationships.
- Track record in developing internal and external relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high motivation to achieve sales goals.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including recognizing and adjusting priorities as required.
- Previous experience in competitor management.
- Experience selling into FTSE 250 companies.
- Educational degree at the university level or equivalent.
- Experience working at a similar level in an outsourcing or third-party environment.
- Business tech and/or sales development skills.
- Strong sales, business development, technical, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to be adaptive and effective in a quickly changing, fast-paced environment.
- Presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for key customer engagements, workshops, and events as needed.
Ability to travel to other company offices in EMEA for sales meetings when required. - Fluency in English, in addition to local language in mandatory
