Purpose

Ensure Besins Healthcare’s activities comply with EFPIA, IFPMA, Anti-Gift Law, GDPR, and internal policies.
Lead compliance governance, investigations, and risk management while advising senior leadership and driving a culture of ethics across the organization.



Key Responsibilities



Compliance Leadership

  • Lead, update, and oversee the company’s compliance framework (anti-corruption, HCP/HCO interactions, promotional activities, business ethics).
  • Own the governance and maintenance of internal policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Provide strategic compliance advice to commercial, medical, and corporate functions.



Investigations & Risk Management

  • Lead sensitive internal investigations (off-label, COI, fraud, policy breaches).
  • Conduct interviews, assess evidence, and deliver investigation reports to senior management.
  • Define and oversee remediation and corrective action plans, and lead compliance risk assessments.



Training & Culture

  • Develop and deliver high-impact compliance training (ethics, anti-corruption, GDPR, HCP interactions).
  • Drive compliance culture, awareness, and accountability across teams.



Governance & Reporting

  • Participate in senior review committees (MLR/MRC).
  • Prepare compliance dashboards and reports for local and regional leadership.
  • Support audits and inspections when required.



Qualifications & Experience

  • Legal background (LLB or equivalent).
  • 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
  • Strong expertise in promotional review, interactions with HCP/HCOs, and industry codes (EFPIA, IFPMA, LEEM).
  • Proven experience leading investigations and advising senior stakeholders.



Skills

  • Strong command of compliance policies, risk assessment, and remediation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management.
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to navigate complex, sensitive issues.
  • Fluent in English; comfortable in a multicultural environment.



This position is based in Monaco.

To work in Monaco, applicants must have a residential address in the Alpes-Maritimes (06), France.
