As part of our collaboration with a major international player in the interactive entertainment industry, we are currently looking for a Brand Manager Assistant Intern to join their European headquarters based in Lyon, France.

This 6-month internship will start in July 2025 and offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment at the crossroads of data, video games, tech, and marketing. The company is known for its iconic licenses and inspiring corporate culture, with operations in over 50 countries and offices in 15.

Within the EMEA Headquarters, you will join the Content Creation & Publishing department under the supervision of the Brand Manager responsible for the title PARK BEYOND, as well as other unannounced IPs. You will support the Brand Manager in their day-to-day responsibilities related to the creation and implementation of global marketing campaigns.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Brand Manager in developing marketing strategies for European IPs
• Supporting the implementation and follow-up of the brand marketing plan
• Coordinating with internal teams (PR, Digital Sales, Community Management, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Communicating with and supporting international BANDAI NAMCO entities, including EMEA local offices and global headquarters in the US, Asia, and Japan
• Acting as a point of contact for external stakeholders (creative agencies, development studios, media, etc.) and representing the brand
• Assisting in asset management and contributing to various reporting tasks

This internship offers a full experience of product and brand management within a fast-paced, international environment — from strategic planning to operational rollout.

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialization in Marketing
• You have a strong interest in and solid knowledge of video games
• You are fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; French is a plus
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• You are well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• You are deadline-oriented and reliable in handling time-sensitive projects
• A first experience in marketing, especially in an international environment, would be a plus
