🎯 We are currently recruiting for a leading international player in the entertainment and video game industry. With a strong global presence and successful franchises, the company is recognized for its creativity, innovation, and immersive storytelling experiences.

📍As part of their growing team, they are now looking for a CRM Assistant (internship) to join them starting from June/July 2025 and contribute to exciting international projects.

Missions :

Within the EMEA headquarters, you will join the CRM team under the supervision of the Senior CRM Campaign Specialist, working daily alongside the CRM Manager and Web Designer/Integrator.

You will contribute to the evolution and implementation of CRM strategies, working on the full chain of newsletter creation and delivery using a newly adopted CRM platform. You will also collaborate closely with multiple departments (Product Management, Localization, Web, Social Media, BI, Data) and international branches.

Your responsibilities may include (non-exhaustive list) :

• Support the CRM team in prioritizing internal and external communication requests
• Coordinate asset production with various internal teams
• Build targeted segmentations using the new CRM tool
• Create newsletters from scratch using existing templates
• Participate in quality control and alignment across campaigns
• Assist in process optimization and documentation (using Jira & Confluence)

This internship will offer a real immersion in digital marketing and CRM within a creative, international and collaborative environment.

Profil recherché :

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or Communications
• First internship or work-study experience in CRM or digital marketing is appreciated
• A real interest in learning and understanding CRM tools
• Excellent communication skills and a very good command of English (both written and spoken) – working language is English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or tools like Jira/Confluence is a plus
• Curious, structured, and eager to learn
• Able to adapt and communicate with multiple teams and departments
• Comfortable handling several tasks and adjusting priorities
